Hi,
Im in Australia - and trying to find a way to set up notepage. But Im on a permernent DSL connection. The only carrier I can find in your lists is for a TAP carrier - telstra.
Is there anyway I can use the product over a DSL connection? - as I dont have a regular modem.
Thanks
Mick

Unfortunately the TAP protocol is only used with regular analog modems. I'm not aware of any carriers that have implemented a version of TAP over the Internet.
Your carrier needs to support SNPP, WCTP, or SMTP in order for you to send messages to them over the Internet with your DSL modem. You might try giving them a call and see if they have implemented support for any of these. |

Vonage offers an analog telphone line (2 line, I think) derived from dsl service (I think).
I saw one in use, made connections and used the phone, but it was connected to cable broadband, not dsl.
Just search the web for 'Vonage"
