WCTP protocol not reaching Archwireless

We have installed Notepager Pro and are successfully sending messages via the internet with SMTP and SNPP formats. The software test shows "passed" for the WCTP format, but we cannot even reach our firewall to see a log of the attempt. We are trying to get to Archwireless using the string supplied on your website. Help?

Can you please post the settings you are using on the carrier settings screen.

Let's try getting a more detailed log.

While in NotePager Pro, hit <ctrl><alt><d>. You should get a message saying the detailed logging is enabled.

Send another test message, and post the log here again.
