Greetings, I enable the getmail service for a user and apply the changes. When I try to send a test email the service keeps disabling itself afterwards. What am I missing?

If you are running the evaluation version, it only lets you have the GetMail service enabled on two of your recipients. If you want a 30 day evaluation key with no limitaions, please email forumsupport@notepage.com, and we will send you one.
If you have a registered version, then you probably just don't own the GetMail interface, and it is running that interface in evaluation mode, or you have gone over your user license, and it is disabling the extra recipients. |

In PG Admin, go down to 'Registration'. The top right corner will show your registration stuff.
If you are just trying to send messages via SMTP, you don't need the GetMail interface. The GetMail interface is used for PageGate to accept SMTP message in (acting as an SMTP mail server). The dialers have SMTP delivery capabilities built in. |
