I just received some spam on my pager through our gateway. Have you thought about including the option in the getmail interface to perfrom a check against some of the larger Open Relay DataBases?

Thanks for the suggestion. We have had several discussions on the topic of SPAM in the past. However, because SPAM is such a complex issue, our current position is that SPAM blocking should be left to dedicated filters, firewalls, or mail servers placed in front of PageGate.

SPAM is also a fast changing problem. If some kind of standard evolves for identifying 'real' servers, then we will probably readdress the issue.
