Can I add cellular telephones (all AT&T wireless) to the same recipient list as pagers---can't figure out how to make ATT Wireless a carrier.

Yes. You can have pagers and mobile phone mixed in your recipient list (and groups). When you create the new carrier for AT&T, you will need to use the SMTP protocol because it is the only one they support. When you setup the recipients for the new AT&T carrier, use <10-digitphonenumber>@mobile.att.net for the address.
