can I receive a message from mobile to my email inbox, or to database in a web site? I am interested in this subject and study it in order to recieve and send sms messages via internet.

Our software products are primarily designed to send message to mobile phones and pagers. They are not designed to receive messages that originated from a phone or pager. However, most current mobile phones are capable of sending email messages without any other software needed.
