I recently upgraded my workstation to a P4 2.6G Celeron and Windows2000 Professional and of course a new AOpen PCI modem.
I can send some pages out but others come back as if they had failed but are actually sent. The result is that quite often the same message is sent to the same recipient multiple times.
Any help would be appreciated.

With some carriers, if you send a message longer than their character limit, they send a failure message back, but then go ahead and send the message anyways. You can usually solve this by lowering the carrier's 'Max Chars' setting to match their character limit.
