Unable to get mail from POP3 server

I have everything set-up correctly, according to your HELP files. Here is what I see in the PG Monitor:

>POP Collection Session Started for dispatch@mail.mvbn.net
>Connection To Server Established
<+OK Hello there
>USER dispatch
<+OK Password required
>PASS ********
<-ERR Login failed
>Quit
<+OK Better luck next time
>Disconnected From Server

It appears to me to be some sort of password issue. Any help would be great. We are currently attempting to eval PageGate, and this problem is preventing us from making a fair evaluation.

The mail server you are trying to collect from either doesn't like the user name or the password you are using. Capital and lower case does matter. Please check your settings with your ISP.

I figured it out. It's a problem with our ISP. My guess is that is has to do with the secure password authentication.
