importing recipients

Is is possible to import recipients directly into a group so that I don't have to go back after they're imported and assign them to a group?

You can use the 'Import Group Members' option. It is found under 'File' -> 'Import' -> 'From Text File'. You would first have to import the groups by using the 'Import Groups' option. You would then use the 'Import Group Members' option to import the members of groups that now exist.

OK - what would the text file look like to import through the Import Group Members function? (i.e. the Import Recipient text file is Short Name, Full Name, Email To, etc.
