error message notepager 32

I have had notepager 32 installed & in use for approx. 6 months. Then just yesterday I went to use it & I received the following msg: run time error '380' invaild property value. I have not made any recent changes or additions to my computer, that might effect the program. my computer is a Dell (desk top)& operates with windows XP & pentium 4 processor.

That error typically means that one of the Windows files that NotePager 32 relies on is no longer available.

The easiest solution is to re-install NotePager 32 right on top of itself. All you recipients and settings will be retained.

I downloaded & installed it again & now I get the same message, but this time it says fatal error. It also says after invaild property value in procedure: send_form load.

Can you please email us a copy of your NotePager 32 database file. It may help to see what is in it. It is named 'notepager.mdb' and is typically found in the 'c:\program files\notepager 32\' folder. Email it to forumsupport@notepage.com
