kernel32.dll problem

While running Internet Explorer 6.0 , It's showing the following message :
"Invalid Page Fault in Module kernel32.dll"
Please tell me how to recover the problem.

Which of our products are running when you get this error? What are you doing when you get this error (i.e. sending a message)?
