T-Mobile doesn't support the SNPP protocol. As far as I'm aware, they only support the TAP and SMTP protocols.
Just because the initial SMTP test failed doesn't mean you can't use the protocol in the program. It may mean that you'll need to use a relay server instead of direct delivery.
I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Department of your Internet Service Provider to ask them if port 25 is opened or closed on their service. If it's open, ask them what their DNS entries are. If it's closed, ask what the relay server is.
Once you have that, create a new carrier called TMobile and set it to use the SMTP Protocol. Set the local domain to the latter half of your email address (I would use notepage.com since my email address is support@notepage.com), then set it to use direct delivery or the relay server, whichever your ISP uses.
