I have been attempting to page our Verizon pager users the last two days using the snpp.airtouch.com for the cariier. This address has always worked well in the past.

Do you know if Verizon changed their address or if they are having trouble? All other carriers are working fire. Thanks!

We did receive reports from a number of customers that the SNPP (snpp.airtouch.com) has been down since last Saturday. We posted a note in the NotePage blog alerting customers to this http://www.notepage.net/blog.htm

If our support department learns anymore they will post a follow up.

SNPP (snpp.airtouch.com) being down (Verizon carrier)? I am trying to use it and I can't get it to work either.

I have verified that it is down at this moment. You can try giving them a call, but in the past they resolved it themselves. Perhaps they are down for maintenance. You will have to use TAP until they get it working again.

I believe Verizon has done away with the Airtouch name. I think the new address for snpp is snpp.myairmail.com.
