I have placed a .txt file on our pagegate server for one department for a shared local recipient list. I point them to it through tools, local recipients, select the file, apply and then view. local recipients. Works fine until they exit client. When reopened they have to repoint to the file in the database folder. What has to be done to make that setting stick. Is it the registry. somewhere in the client? Also, when a local recipient list is created by user by selecting from network list...where is that file saved? Cannot find it anywhere. Also, Send name field reverts back to "system" when the client is closed also. They have to reenter their name/ext. # each time it is opened. Thx. Dan Haines, ProMedica Health System, Toledo, OH

This may be a silly question but best to check the basics first.

When you give it the Local Recipient list and save the changes, are you logged on as a user that has administrative rights to the system or are you logged in as a limited user?

The reason I ask is that if you're not logged on as an admin, the program probably can't permanently save the local files to the directory it needs to.
