I use NP Pro on Windows XP on a Pentium III. I didn't get a response to my last post (3343 Fatal Database Error) so I uninistalled/reinstalled the program. Now when I schedule my pages for future dates/times, the page goes to my pending folder and eventually to my bad folder and do not go through. This is causing me great hardship. What do I need to do? Thanks

If you got to 'View', and then 'Dialer Log', do you see the messages being attempted to be delivered?
