Help, I am a promoter that just purchased Pro as a promotional tool. I have thousands of phone numbers that I will be messaging unfortunatley I do not know each service provider. Is there a way around this? I thought I could just simply use their phone number to text them!

In order to use NotePage's software to send text messages you must know the carrier of the subscriber that you are sending to. The new law allowing for cellular number portability makes it impossible to discern who the carrier is based on the phone number. The requirement of knowing the carrier also means that NotePage's software is not used for spamming, but for sending messages to subscribers who have provided their information.

When your users register to receive promotional updates, you will need to find out who their carrier is.

Sorry, but you not only need the devices ID/PIN number (which would be there phone number in most cases), but you also need to know what carrier to send the messages to.
