Here are the options you can try:

Protocol: TAP
Modem number: 800-250-6325
PIN: 10-digit pager number

Protocol: WCTP
Host: wctp.arch.com/wctp
PIN: 10-digit pager number

Protocol: SMTP
Address: 10-digit pager number @archwireless.net

If the WCTP and SMTP options don't work, call Arch customer service and ask to have UVA (universal access) turned on for your pager. There shouldn't be a charge for this.

I ended up calling pagenet/arch again. it seems that they do not have everything switched over yet and do not understand the way pagenet had everything set up.

The pager in question was nationwide wich threw them for a loop to begin with. What they ended up doing is adding a local alpha number for the WTCP protocol and I will still use the PIN number for dial up usage.

They did not know but i didnt want to get rid of the PIN number in case it was in use with the nationwide system.
