Importing of outlook contacts

What process do I use to import my ms contacts into notepage pro?

There is no simple way to do this, but it can be done. Here is what I would reccomend:

1. In MS Outlook, under the 'File' menu there is an option to export contacts. Export your contacts to a CSV (comma separated values) file.

2. In NotePager Pro, under the 'File' menu there is an option to export recipients. Export your recipients to a text file.

3. Using MS Excel or a similar program, open or import both CSV files.

4. Rearrange, modify, and delete the columns in the MS Outlook export file, to match the fields in the NotePager Pro export file.

5. Import the new data into NotePager Pro

This process does take a fair amount of effort, and is probably only worth it if you have a lot of contacts to import.
