I have a new Dell computer which comes with a Conexant v.92 modem
chipset.
The modem dials out but I can't get NotePager Pro connect to any of my
Carriers.

Hi John,

You may want to try this:

In your Carrier Settings, Set the "Baud Rate" to "1200" and use the
following "Init String": AT&FQ0V1X4&D2N0+MS=B103
