Bad news. AT&T discontinued TAP service earlier this year. The only protocol they are supporting now are SMTP (email) and SMPP. The SMPP protocol requires you to install a AT&T frame relay connection and costs aprox $500 - $1000 a month (not really a feasable option for most companies). That leaves SMTP as the only option. NotePager Pro supports SMTP, but NotePager 32 doesn't.
I would recommend you call AT&T and complain. Hopefully if enough people make enough noise, they will turn their TAP interface back on.
