Notepager Pro and GSM Modem

Hi all,
I need to test Notepager Pro with SolarWinds Orion Integration.

i try to configure Notepager Pro for send SMS with my cell phone directly connected to serial port using GSMAT protocol, I see in Monitor this message: "ERROR SENDING MESSAGE".
I try the same operation with Page Gate 4.0 (GSM protocol) and it's working fine.
Wich is the difference? Protocol?

My cell phone support GSMAT Protocol, and i use same hardware configuration for both (PG e NPP) programs.
My country is Italy.

Can you please post a couple of program versions for us. Go into Windows Explorer (the file explorer, not Internet explorer). Next go into the PageGate program folder. Right-click on the pgdial1.exe file. Choose 'Properties' from the popup menu. Choose the 'Version' tab. Please post the exact version it shows.

Next do the same for the NPPDial.exe file found in the NotePager Pro program folder.

We will compare the versions a try to figure out what the difference is. They sould be the same in the latest versions. We will get you an update if necessary.

Those versions look correct. Lets try this:

While in NotePager Pro with the main screen showing, hit <ctrl><alt><d>. You should get a message that detailed logging is turned on. Try sending a test message, and then post the results found in the dialer log. If you want to open the log in a regular text editor, it is named npp.log and will be found in the NotePager Pro program folder. You can view it from within NotePager Pro by choosing 'View' -> 'Dialer Log'.

We have a file here that is newer than the one on our website. I think it will solve the problem. Can you please download this file and copy it over the existing file in your NotePager Pro program folder:
