Thanks

The error codes you're getting are in the log you posted but I don't understand why you're getting Syntax errors.

Just to check, what version of PageGate are you using? I assume it's PageGate version 4 but what build version?

To find out, use the Windows Explorer to browse to your PageGate directory. Then go into the properties of the pagegate.exe and go under the version tab and let me know what it says there.

That's the most recent build of Pagegate. I'll check into why this error is happening. If you would, though, please email your contact information to support@notepage.com in case we need to contact you to test something.

We eventually discovered that it was a problem with Rogers. If you look at the second part of the message you will see that PageGate sends a 'Mail From:' and Rogers responds '250 Sender Okay'. Next we send a 'Rcpt To:', and Rogers responds 'RCPT TO:' must be preceded by MAIL FROM: command if not PIPELINING. One line earlier they said the sender was OK from the Mail From command.

Please Rogers and pass them this information, let's see what they say.
