NotePager Pro issue.

I am having issues with getting NotePager pro to work. when I run the internet setup I get a message back. The message says that SMTP failed, and SNPP failed, WCTP worked I have not pager pro on another computer on the same network and did not have this issue. Can someone please help

The fact that the protocols failed on the initial program tests doesn't necessarily mean anything. Try setting up a carrier that uses either protocol and see if they work. Chances are, SNPP will work but SMTP may require some special setup if you have a firewall or antivirus program monitoring port 25 or if your ISP or network administrator(s) have closed Port 25 and you use a relay server.
