| We receive data via GetTap and send it back out either WCTP or SMTP to various providers. Often, we will see data come in via GetTap and a message will be sent out SMTP but the content will be blank. It is not logged as an unsuccessful message because it does go out, just blank. Then, more data will come in via GetTap and sent back out to the same SMTP address and go out just fine. We have the "drop non-printable characters" box checked. Need help in where to look next.

| If you would, just so we can cross reference a few things, send all of the .log files (pagegate.log, pgsched.log, pggtap.log, etc) in the PageGate directory to support@notepage.com
