Hi,
Please provide additional details. What protocol are you using to send or better yet who is the carrier that you are trying to send to?

Hi,
The pin or id number is typically the cell phone's numeric phone number.

Messages can be sent to AT&T only using SMTP as a protocol the format should be - 10digitphonenumber@mobile.att.net
If time is critical, we don't recommend SMTP as a delivery method, unfortunately at this time I don't believe AT&T supports any of the protocols which are time sensitive.
