What if I have not received the registration key after 24 hours?

If the Registration Key has not been received after 24 hours could your antivirus software be blocking NotePage's Reg Key email?

Alternatively, please email sales@notepage.net with the following info:
1. NotePage software ordered.
2a. If ordered online with a credit card, provide the Emetrix OrderID number.
2b. If ordered with a purchase order, provide PO number.
3. Date ordered.
4. An alternative email address.

Please let us know if further assistance is required.
