We have the majority of our pagers using ARCH's WCTP. Yesterday the 4 dialers kept stopping with a 35764 still executing error. The result is that the message gets sent, but PageGate doesn't realize this and sends it again. This cycle repeats for what appears indefinitely. This only happens using WCTP. I was not able to make it stop other than to change the service to use modems. I saw another post stating this has to do with MSINET.OCX but had no resolution. It was from November of 2004 so I am hoping that a resolution has been found.

I believe that problem has been resolved. I think you may be running slightly older dialer modules. To verify, can you go into the PageGate program folder and find the file named PGDial1.exe. Right-click on the file and choose the 'Properties' menu option. Then choose the 'Version' tab and post what version it says it is.

Thanks.

Thank you. I have 4.0.0.9 which I know is old. I was going to update to resolve another problem but haven't done it yet. I will update this weekend and try it out.
