I have a need for multiple direct inputs to the GetTap and GetSerial interfaces. I purchased a 3rd party software serial splitter program to attempt to allow several direct inputs to the GetTap and GetSerial interfaces. When starting PageGate, I now get an error that says "Warning. Unable to access modem: Procedure: repeat_timer: Retrying...".
We have a rather complicated/involved setup, so I'm not sure what information you need to help me troubleshoot this. If you could, please respond to this message or call me directly at (517) 364-0999.

Which module is giving that message? Is it the GetTAP, GetSerial, or one of the dialers?
The error is most likely caused by having the GetTAP, GetSerial, or one of the dialers set to use the same serial port as one of the others.
The message means that PageGate can't access the serial port because it either doesn't exist, or is in use by another program/module.
