Advantages of NotePager Net vs PageGate

I am trying to figure out the advatages/difference between NotePager Net vs PageGate.

Main things I'm looking for in the software:

-Multiple/Simultaneous Dialers
-Shared common database
-2-3 Pc users of the software simultaneously
-Scheduled messaging, repeating messages, and pre-programmed messages
-Group messaging capabilities

Is it just the interfaces available?

- users send text messages simultaneously from any number of PCs on the network using the GUI Client Interface
