PageGate Dialers Continuously Starting, Restarting

Since we upgraded our PG license to acommodate 16 dialers, I've had a problem with several of the dialers continuously restarting. If I look under services in windows, the dialers show that they are started, and there doesn't appear to be any other impact to the system, but it makes me nervous that the application thinks that two of the dialers constantly have to be started.
