Ray, this generally happens when a message gets stuck in queue or part of the database has what's called a "crosslink" type of corruption.
The first thing you need to do, once NotePager Pro is open, is to right click on Pend and tell it yes you'd like to cancel all of the messages. Close and reopen NPP and see if the message goes out again. If it does, I'll need you to email the npp.mdb file from your C:\program files\notepager pro\ directory to support@notepage.com so I can repair it and send it, along with the instructions on what to do with it, back to you.
