Port blocking my system ??

This is continued question with regards to my system not being able to send out any pages. I have notepager pro setup on my laptop wich normally I have no issues with, I tried and have the same problem will not send.
Can it be possible that the network administrator has the port being used by the system blocked ? If so what is the port is uses and is there a port I can change it to if needed.
I have all my dns info correct.

SNPP = Port 444
SMTP = Port 25
WCTP = Port 80
