We have installed and LOVE PageGate here at the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office (NC) but we are having a problem with one recipient. The settings for this carrier are exactly the same as what we still have in AirSource Pro, which is dialing and delivering the message fine. The communications setup is for 1200 baud, e,7,1. Any suggestions?????

There are two things I'd like you to test to see if the Checksum error still appears for that recipient:

1. In the recipient settings, in the ID/PIN field specificially, try taking the first 3 digits off the pin number off. This will either work or you'll get a 'rejected pin' message but in either case, let me know what happens.

2. Also, try unchecking the 'alpha' checkbox for that recipient (just in case that particular pager is setup to be a numeric pager in the carrier's system)
