Problem sending group pages through WebGate

It was recently brought to my attention that pages sent to groups using the List or Basic template were not being received. I tested one of the groups and found the logs were showing and error stating "No valid recipients in message". I do not have problems sending pages using the GUIList template. The templates are set with the following:
<FORM ACTION ="http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/webgate/webgate.exe" METHOD=POST>
<INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME="USER" VALUE="~~~user~~~">
The web address above uses my intranet IP address.
