Hi There,

We are using GSM connection to send sms messages out. The pagegate interfaces are asci, email and web. The web interface is able to take the number of a format +614xxx, but the email interface marks it as a bad pin. We do need + infront of the number because this is the way our GSM provider identifies an international message.

How can we get this to work?

Regards,

Ran

There could be many different reasons that ti's failing, all of which should be contained in your log files. If you would, please email the PGGMail.log file from your PageGate directory to support@notepage.com
