Does anyone know or have set this up with US Cellular being able to send SMS text messages to USCellular phone #'s? What Protocol do they use ( SNPP or WCTP) and what is the host name or ip they use to set up for a recipient??

As far as I know they are only currently supporting SMTP. Here is the address syntax:
10digitphonenumber@email.uscc.net
