OK, so things were working well for about a year or so, but about a month ago, ALL messages to Verizon cell phones started failing. I have the latest version of NotePage Pro, and I havent made any changes in our settings. Below is a paste of what happens when we attempt to send a message.

It is critical that we get this working again, as most of our personnel are using Verizon phones. Any help would be appreciated.

Jim

The trouble you're running into is that Verizon is no longer accepting direct connection requests from your network. Bear in mind, it's probably not just your specific network, it's probably your entire ISP... we don't know why Verizon's been restricting access, probably in an attempt to reduce spam on their side.

Since this is the case, you can no longer user DNS for Direct Delivery in the carrier settings and will need to deliver your messages through a local mail server. My recommendation would be to contact your ISP and find out what their mail server is. Once you have that, go into the settings of the Verizon carrier and set the delivery method to "Deliver through local mail server" and enter your ISP's mail server into the relay server field.

Yes Uniform that is what you have to do because the other method is what I was trying and the IP address is being Black listed as spam the way you was setting it up to send out messages to Verizone Mobile phones. I been thru this as well and now going to set it up throu our mail server.
