Verizon SMTP

Hi,we are using Pagegate to send alarm messages via SMTP to a Verizon
cell phone (10digits@vtext.com). It was working fine for few years yet last month all of a sudden these messages stopped being delivered. Here's an excerpt from the log:

Please advise what could be done to restore the service.
