pending messages connector 1 red in monitor

PageGate has 537 messages pending and connector 1 in the monitor window is red and it never sends out pages but in PG Admin under connectors it show it running.

I'm running PageGate Version 5 with 5 connectors. I have a modem connected to connector 1

In the PG Admin go to 'Program' - 'Settings'.

Switch the run style to Application and click 'Apply'. Let's see if the Connectors start up in the Application mode.

If they do, all the pending messages should be sent out. If you don't want them sent:

1. In the PG Admin.
2. Right-click on 'Recipients'.
3. Left-click on 'Cancel Messages'.
4. Make sure that cancel all pending messages is the ONLY option checked.
5. Click 'Apply'.
