Problems with GetWeb on PageGate v4

PageGate has been working like a champ for a long time. I tried to add a new recipient and I noticed I could not check the GetWeb box under Enabled Services. I then went to check the GetWeb settings under Interfaces and the box entiltled "Enabled" was unchecked and I could not check it. GetWeb is working, but I couldn't add the recipient to GetWeb. I have a 50-user license and within this amount. How do I correct this and enable this new recipient?

It sounds like you can't check the recipient's GetWeb box because the GetWeb interface isn't enabled. You most likely can't check the GetWeb 'Enabled' box because one of the two paths on that screen aren't valid. Try using the browse button (three dots) next to each of the two path fields to browse out to the correct folder, and then try checking the 'Enabled' box.
