Paging Terminal Compatability

Our provider (Metrocall) is proposing a dedicated "always up" line into our facility for paging. This line will be connected to a Motorola UDS3225 which will be connected to our server. Do you folks have any experience with that device? I am assuming that I will use the Direct Connect method for talking to an always on device like this?

I'm not familiar with that particular piece of equipment. However, many customers use similar setups. I don't forsee you having any problems with this. And, yes you will use the 'Direct Connect' option.
