Monitor Launch Error

I get an error when I try to launch Monitor: "TCP/IP must be installed for Monitor to run"
Help!

Hi,
It sounds like you may be running Terminal Services.

If Monitor is running either in a Terminal Server session or on the
"Host", and you attempt to run Monitor "again", the first running
Monitor has control of Port 10101, which blocks the second Monitor
from receiving data from the PageGate Server.
