I know Tech Support may not be able to answer this question, but does anyone know what the connection settings (baud, parity, stop bits, etc) for the multiport connects are for the Zetron 2100?

Great News! With help from this forum and Zetron, I finally got the serial connection to work. The baud rate we used was 300, however, that wan't the problem. The problem was with the connector on the multiport cable. Using the Zetron maintenance manual, we built a custom cable to fit our computer. The system came up immediately. Thanks for the help.
