There aren't any issues that we know of running NotePage 32 on a Windows 2000 system. Is it Windows 2000 Server, Workstation, or Pro? Does the program lock up or does the entire computer lock up? Also, when you installed NP32, were you logged on as a user that had full Administrative access to the system? When you try to run NP32, do you have Administrative access at least to the directory you installed NP32 to? |

Same problem here using Windows 2000 Pro SP4 (with full admin priv)
Splash screen comes up but then the program (not computer) freezes.

When you mention that the splash screen comes up, do you mean the screen that mentions that you can upgrade to NotePager Pro? If so, you should see two buttons at the bottom of that splash screen: More Info and Continue. What happens when you click on continue? |
