Unable to synchronize time with scheduler - using local time

This message appears in my log every night a few seconds after midnight. Can you tell me why?

6/2/05 12:00:05 AM Unable to synchronize time with scheduler. Using local time.
6/2/05 12:00:05 AM Asking PGSched module to start
6/2/05 12:00:07 AM PGSched start detected
6/2/05 12:00:10 AM Modules paused
6/2/05 12:00:10 AM Running cleanup routine
6/2/05 12:00:30 AM Module resumed
6/2/05 12:00:31 AM Asking PGDial1 module to start
6/2/05 12:00:39 AM Time synchronized with scheduler
6/2/05 12:00:40 AM PGDial1 start detected
...
6/3/05 12:00:08 AM Unable to synchronize time with scheduler. Using local time.
6/3/05 12:00:08 AM Asking PGSched module to start
6/3/05 12:00:10 AM PGSched start detected
6/3/05 12:00:13 AM Modules paused
6/3/05 12:00:13 AM Running cleanup routine
6/3/05 12:00:29 AM Module resumed
6/3/05 12:00:30 AM Asking PGDial1 module to start
6/3/05 12:00:34 AM Time synchronized with scheduler
6/3/05 12:00:34 AM PGDial1 start detected



Also, we are regularly (1-2 times per week) getting the message sequence shown below and don't know why.

5/31/05 10:06:34 PM Program Halted. Database error: 3343 Unrecognized database format 'C:\Program Files\PageGate\pagegate.mdb'. in Procedure: schedule_messages
5/31/05 10:06:34 PM Rebuilding database
5/31/05 10:06:35 PM Restarting
6/1/05 7:39:16 AM Module Started
6/1/05 7:39:18 AM Running cleanup routine
6/1/05 7:39:32 AM Database compacted
6/1/05 7:39:41 AM Module resumed

We suggest that backup your PageGate database file (pagegate.mdb) then shut down (stop) PageGate Server and run the database rebuild utility found in PageGate Admin, under 'Database' - 'Tools' - 'Rebuild Database'.
