Hi,

Our WCTP provider (AT&T FirstNet) is telling us that we need to specifically send our WCTP messages as 1-way instead of 2-way (even though we don't use the 2-way part).

We want the messages to always come from a single short code instead of a rolling short code, and they are saying that if we set the WCTP messages to 1-way then it will automatically use a static code instead of a rolling code.

It appears that the WCTP command is allowResponse=false

Where can I set this in the PageGate settings?

Hi,

This should do the trick for WCTP:

In PG Admin, go to the Template object under the Carrier for FirstNet that uses WCTP
In the Settings section of the Templates add this line:
WctpResponsesTo = none

That will stop PageGate from sending the 'sendResponsesToID' section in the WCTP message, and it will include the 'allowResponse False' tag, which should make it a 1-way message
