We have to add a carrier for Spectrum Mobile. Any tips or documentation for this?

Spectrum gets their SMS services through Verizon, so you can set them up as Verizon recipients in PG.

I had to set up Spectrum Mobile in our system recently too, and confirming it's true—they route through Verizon for SMS. Just adding them as Verizon recipients worked without any issues in PG. Super straightforward once you know that detail.
