When I originally bought NotePager Pro, I understood it wasn't licensed for use on multiple computers. Now that I'm getting rid of my old Windows 98 machine and moving to a new Windows 10 128-bit system, what exactly do I need to do to transfer the software? Specifically, which files should I move or back up?

You'll want to transfer the NotePager Pro database, which is a file named 'npp.mdb' that usually lives either in the NotePager Pro program directory or in C:\ProgramData\NotePage\NotePager Pro\5.0
You'll want to copy the file from that location on the old system and paste it into the same location on the new system after reinstalling NotePager Pro. |
