Is there a way to resend messages that got routed to the bad folder? Simply copying them to the process folder does not appear to make them get sent.

You'll need to change the extension of the files to .msg and then place them in the c:\PageGateData\Database\MailIn\ folder.

It is also important to dig into why the messages end up in the bad folder. One of the more common reasons is that the recipient's carrier REJECTED the message for some reason. You should also set up a failover routine whereby the "bad message" is automatically sent to a different recipient (most of my installations have the messages sent to an admin email address with a template applied to clearly show who the original message was for. This helps when troubleshooting delivery issues since the admin gets timely notification of a failure)
