Looking to find out the WCTP setting for T-Mobile or any T-Mobile solution since the phon#@tmomail.net is not working either from our PageGate.

T-Mobile doesn't offer any public gateways other than their SMTP (email) gateway.

Other possible options:
1. Cellular/GSM modem or router. PageGate can use these devices to send SMS message completely wirelessly (no Internet connection required)
2. SMS Aggregators like Twilio, ClickSend and others. There is a small per message fee for their service (typically less than a penny per message). PageGate supports sending to most if not all message aggregators.

To clarify, though, T-Mobile doesn't offer a public WCTP gateway, they only offer it as part of their Enterprise service.

Is the email address in your forum profile accurate? If so, we can email you a PDF we were given by T-Mobile support that details how to access their enterprise gateways.

T-Mobile has offered us to use there enterprise messaging system. How do we find the Static IP address from PageGate so they can white list that address to allow the messages to go through. Sorry not very technical.

To discover the public IP address your PageGate server sits behind, you can do the following:

1) Open PG Admin on the PageGate Server.

2) Go to Program - Tools - DNS Lookup

3) Click 'Lookup' and it should report the public IP.

You can also find the public IP by browsing to a site like https://www.whatismyipaddress.com or anything similar from the PageGate server.
